- Submitting a Cancellation Request:
Clients wishing to cancel a service must email us at info@squarefoxmedia.com. All cancellation requests should be submitted in writing and must include a clear explanation for the request. - Evaluation of Cancellation Requests:
Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Services already initiated or completed may not qualify for cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
Our refund policy ensures fairness and transparency. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable for services where no work has commenced. Refunds will not be provided for services already in progress or completed. - Partial Refunds:
For services partially completed, Squarefox Media may offer a partial refund based on the extent of the work delivered, at our discretion. - Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services, such as consultation fees, strategy development, and other intangible services, are non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of refund approval. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
