Completed deliverables will be sent electronically via secure channels such as email, Google Drive, or Dropbox, as per the agreement with the client. - Project Milestones:
For long-term projects, clients will receive regular updates at agreed-upon milestones to ensure transparency and progress tracking.
3. Delays and Adjustments
While we strive to meet all deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to delays. In such cases:
- Notification:
Clients will be informed promptly of any delays, along with a revised delivery timeline. - Approval for Adjustments:
Changes to the project scope or timeline will require prior approval from the client.
4. Support and Assistance
After delivering services, our team remains available for support during the implementation phase. Any additional services or changes outside the initial agreement will be billed separately.
